Product status and release language

How we distinguish a working build, active development, and general availability across our product family.

Our status labels

We use direct status labels to explain the current stage of each product. These labels help visitors understand what exists now without interpreting enthusiasm or roadmap language as a release promise.

A product can have a working initial build while its features, testing, integrations, or operating processes remain under development.

  • In development means work is underway and the product is not being presented as fully released.
  • Built; active development means an initial build exists and ongoing refinement continues.

Current public product status

Ready2Go Learning is in development as a learning and exam-practice product for JAMB candidates and students. Marvel Chat’s initial build exists and active development continues. Davonium Nexus is in development as a project visibility and handoff workspace.

We keep these labels consistent across the homepage, product page, documentation, and AI-readable company files.

  • Ready2Go Learning — In development.
  • Marvel Chat — Built; active development. Davonium Nexus — In development.

How we describe features

We describe a feature as available only after checking that people can access it in the release being discussed. A screenshot, prototype, planned integration, or local test is not sufficient evidence that a feature is available to everyone.

We avoid unsupported launch dates, guarantees, security claims, and claims of compatibility with every device.

  • We name current limitations next to relevant claims.
  • We keep project direction separate from released capability.

Updating public status

When the release stage changes, we update the product page, supporting guide, README, and llms.txt together. We also review internal links and sitemap entries when a public route changes.

Our status page is the central reference for the current public wording.

  • We remove stale “planned” labels when a product is actively being built.
  • We do not call a product complete until the release scope has been verified.

We keep Ready2Go Learning and Davonium Nexus marked In development, and Marvel Chat marked Built; active development. We update related pages and machine-readable files when verified status changes.
