Marvel Chat product guide

Our current status, product direction, and release principles for Marvel Chat.

Product status

Marvel Chat’s initial product build is complete, and active development and refinement continue. We use this status to distinguish a real build from a claim that every feature is finished or generally available.

The Marvel Chat product site remains the source of truth for current access, sign-in, and feature availability.

  • We update public copy when the release state changes.
  • We do not promise a release date unless it has been confirmed.

Product experience

Our direction for Marvel Chat is a clear, dependable communication experience with understandable controls, useful failure feedback, and layouts that work on the devices our users rely on.

We evaluate the product by completing real flows rather than judging the interface from screenshots alone.

  • We test message and account flows, error states, navigation, and responsive layouts.
  • We keep loading, delivery, and connectivity states distinguishable.

Privacy and safety

Communication products can involve personal messages, account credentials, contact information, and abuse reports. We treat access control, data handling, retention, reporting, and recovery as product requirements.

This guide does not imply that a capability is available unless the current product release confirms it.

  • We avoid absolute security claims and document verified safeguards only.
  • We keep private keys, passwords, and one-time codes out of support requests.

Development and support

We continue to refine the build and test the paths that affect everyday use. Report a problem with steps to reproduce it and the expected result, without sending private message contents unless they are necessary and safe to share.

You can use our Contact page for a general enquiry; account-specific support depends on Marvel Chat’s current support options.

  • We record known limitations clearly in release notes when they affect users.
  • We align this guide with actual release behaviour.

Marvel Chat has an initial product build and remains in active development. We continue to test and refine it; current access and features are listed on the Marvel Chat product site.
