Product availability
Our products and features may change while we develop them. “In development” means active development is under way, but it does not mean every feature is generally available. We do not promise a launch date, price, or specific result unless we confirm it separately in writing.
Project agreements
For each project, we record the agreed price, scope, responsibilities, schedule, support level, intellectual-property terms, acceptance criteria, and third-party costs in a separate written agreement.
Acceptable use
When you use our site, do not misuse it, attempt unauthorised access, interfere with other visitors, distribute malicious code, violate another person’s rights, or test a product or environment without authorisation.
Intellectual property and third parties
Our company name, brand marks, original text, and original design elements may be protected by law. Third-party names and services belong to their respective owners. Links to external sites do not mean we control their content or policies.
Accuracy and availability
We work to keep information useful and accurate. However, public copy cannot guarantee website availability, identical browser behaviour, third-party service performance, search ranking, indexing times, or a particular business outcome.
Review status
These terms remain a draft. Before we adopt them, we will review our legal entity details, governing law, liability wording, dispute process, intellectual-property scope, and consistency with actual operations with a qualified adviser.
