Customer support guide

How to contact us with a clear question or reproducible issue while keeping account and personal information safe.

Contact Davonium Technologies

Our public contact route is support@davoniumtech.com, and the Contact page also provides our WhatsApp route. Use the route that best fits a general product or website question.

Our website’s contact form prepares an email in your email application; it does not store a message in a server-side ticketing system.

  • Include the product or page name in the subject.
  • Describe the result you expected and what occurred instead.

Help us reproduce the issue

We can investigate more effectively when a report includes the exact public URL, device and browser, steps to reproduce, and approximate time of the issue.

A short sequence of steps is more useful than a general message that something is “not working”.

  • Tell us whether the problem happens on every visit or only sometimes.
  • Include a screenshot only when it does not reveal private information.

Protect your information

We do not need account passwords, one-time codes, card PINs, full payment details, or private keys to understand a normal website problem.

If an issue involves personal data, describe the behaviour without sending another person’s information.

  • Remove private message content and tokens from screenshots.
  • Use official account recovery flows rather than emailing credentials.

What happens next

We review the information and may ask for a clarification or a safer reproduction path. Product-specific support and availability depend on the current product site.

We do not claim a ticket has been created or resolved unless the actual system confirms that outcome.

  • Keep a copy of the page URL and steps you sent.
  • Check the product status page for confirmed release information.

If a problem appears to expose private information, credentials, or an access-control weakness, please avoid sharing exploit details publicly. Use our security reporting guide to send a safe summary and the affected public URL. Do not include passwords, one-time codes, or private keys.
