Tell visitors what happens next
Our company contact form prepares a message for the visitor's email application. The visitor reviews the message and sends it from that application. It does not create a support ticket or silently submit an enquiry to a database.
If no email application opens, visitors can send their enquiry directly to support@davoniumtech.com or contact us on WhatsApp.
Ask for useful context, not secrets
A good enquiry identifies the name or organisation, a reply address, the topic, and a description of the request. For a problem report, the affected public URL, the steps taken, and the expected result are usually helpful.
Do not include passwords, one-time verification codes, recovery codes, private keys, or complete card details in a public enquiry.
Handle external handoffs honestly
When we direct a visitor to an email application or another service, we make that handoff clear. Availability depends on the visitor's device, app, and connection. A prepared message is not proof that a message has been sent or received.
Keep privacy information aligned
We review the contact experience when required fields or recipients change. Our privacy and terms pages are still drafts and must be checked against actual production practices before we treat them as final policy.
