What offline availability means
After the website has opened successfully and the browser has saved the essential resources, some previously visited pages may reopen when the connection is unavailable. This helps with returning to company information and guidance; it is not a promise that every page or external service works offline.
First visit still needs a connection
A new device must connect to the website before it can save the files needed for later offline use. Pages that have never been opened may not be available without a network connection, and links to separate products or third-party services still depend on those services being reachable.
Give the browser a chance to save useful pages
Open the pages you expect to need while online, including the relevant product guide and support information. The browser or device can clear saved data when storage is low, the visitor clears browsing data, or the site is updated.
When a page does not open
Check whether the device has a connection, return to a previously visited page, or retry after going online. If the same page repeatedly fails while connected, report the exact address and what happened to our support team. Do not send passwords, verification codes, or private credentials in a support report.
