When a page cannot be found
We provide a dedicated missing-page experience that explains the problem and gives visitors a clear way back to the homepage, products, documentation, and support. A missing address should not quietly display unrelated content as though the requested page existed.
When a visitor is offline
Our offline page explains that the requested information could not be retrieved from the current connection. Previously visited pages may remain available after they have been stored on the device, but a first-time offline visit cannot retrieve information the device has never received.
How we investigate a broken route
We distinguish an invalid address from a temporary network problem, a redirect issue, or an outdated cached page. We open valid routes directly, refresh them, test the matching canonical address, and review the hosting result when a route does not behave as expected.
Recovery should not depend on one control
We provide ordinary links to important destinations so visitors can recover without relying on browser history or a decorative animation. We keep the error and offline pages as independent as practical and avoid making promises about uncached information.
If a valid page continues to fail, contact us with the URL, device, browser, approximate time, and the action that led to the problem. Do not include passwords or private account information.
